Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility:

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, clearance items, or gift cards, are non-returnable. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Include the RA number with your returned item, along with a copy of your original receipt.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
5. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process. Exchanges will be subject to product availability.
6. Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
- If your return is approved, we will notify you via email and process the refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
